The AI that processes your email is Claude, built by Anthropic. Because we use Anthropic's commercial API, your email content is excluded from AI model training by Anthropic's own terms.
emellow has read-only Gmail access — enforced at the Google API level, not just our policy. We cannot send email, delete email, or modify your inbox in any way.
